Healthy Raspberry Chocolate Brownies are the perfect treat for those who crave something sweet but want to keep things nutritious

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour (or oat flour for a nut-free option)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or raw cacao powder for extra nutrients)
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

🔹 Wet Ingredients:

½ cup dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher), melted
¼ cup coconut oil (or avocado oil for a milder taste)
⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
2 large eggs (or 2 flax eggs for a vegan version)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🔹 Add-ins:

¾ cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, slightly thawed)
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions

1: Preheat and Prepare

✅ Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
✅ Line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly with coconut oil.

2: Mix Dry Ingredients

✅ In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3: Combine Wet Ingredients

✅ In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted dark chocolate, coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

4: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

✅ Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until fully combined. Do not overmix!

5: Add Raspberries and Chocolate Chips

✅ Gently fold in raspberries and dark chocolate chips, making sure not to crush the berries too much.

6: Bake the Brownies

✅ Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
✅ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7: Cool and Serve

✅ Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing.
✅ Enjoy warm for a gooey texture, or refrigerate for a firmer bite.

Notes

  • Use room temperature eggs. This helps create a smooth batter and even texture.
  • For extra fudginess, underbake slightly and let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
  • Want more crunch? Add chopped walnuts or almonds for a nutty twist.
  • Store leftovers properly. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
